When will my order be sent?
We deliver Australia wide within 10 working days from our home office in Cairns (POA – Price on asking). Larger orders will attract additional postage and you will be advised of this before being charged and order sent. We will endeavour to send your orders by the cheapest freight service at all times
We use Australia Post or a road transport company to send most orders.

Can my order be sent overnight?
We can organise overnight delivery for you at your expense and as long as payment has been made.

I live in Cairns can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up from us in Cairns via prior arrangement but all orders must be placed through our website. Payment must be made prior to pick up via the website.
You will always be notified of additional freight costs prior to shipment of your order.

Please note we have tried our best to accommodate for all locations in Australia, in some cases your postage may be more than what is generated through the website due to your location. If this does occur we will contact you upon receiving your order.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Deliveries
Any request for faulty goods should be made to Peggys Creations within 10 days of receipt of goods. No claim will be accepted after that.

All goods are sold on a firm sale only. Before any return for damaged or incorrect stock can be accepted, arrangements must be made with our office for a Credit Authorisation number. No credit will be issued without prior authorisation. Return of goods for credit must be made within 14 days of receipt and will incur a 10% handling fee, except where an error has been made by Peggys Creations. Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer, and onus of proof of return remains with the customer. Peggys Creations will nominate an authorised carrier if returns are being charged to Peggys Creations. Returned goods will only be accepted in original condition and packaging
